Fee: 60.000 HUF (in 4 instalments) - 5% discount for couples. 15.000,- on application and in monthly instalments thereafter. Discount can be deducted from the 2nd instalment.

Magical, inspiring and creative afternoons await children in the new Fashion Workshop programme at Dragonfly Creative School! This 4-month course is a unique opportunity to discover the joy of fashion design and hand sewing in a playful, loving environment.
Children create miniature mannequins to create spectacular, quick-success garments while learning the basics of fashion design: drawing, pattern-making, fabric selection and simple, safe hand stitching.
The course consists of 15 consecutive sessions where everyone can develop - from beginners to the very skilled.

- Courses start with a minimum of 6 participants. If the group does not fill up, the booking can be rescheduled free of charge to another date or programme at least 14 days before the start date.

What does a child learn in the Fashion Workshop?
Over the course of 4 months, we will go through a full, child-friendly version of the fashion and sewing basics:
- recognising and measuring body sizes (waist, hips, breasts)
- use of simpler patterns
- manual stitches: worm, running, nappy
- learning about and matching materials and colours
- decoration techniques: frill, ribbon, bead, bow
- creative design: styles, collection thinking
- dress rehearsals on a miniature doll, adjustment basics
- self-confidence, visual thinking, fine motor skills
Each session starts with a short, exciting 10-minute theory session to help you understand, followed by practice and creation.
Each week, we give children a playful Creative Mission (never a school project!) to develop their imagination and support their next project.
This is a time of really spectacular progress: children are no longer just making clothes, they are thinking, planning and making decisions for themselves - with great joy.
